My name is Bartek and I am a Registered Mental Health nurse with more than 15 years of experience working in various mental health settings. Some time ago I have decided to expand my knowledge and learn new skills and because of that I am now a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist/psychotherapist.

As well as a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) I have also been awarded the Level 4 NCFE accredited Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HiPD).

I am also a registered member of AfSFH (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists) and NCH (National Council Hypnotherapy).

Solution focused hypnotherapy utilises elements of the most successful modern talking therapies such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) and NLP (Neuro- Linguistic Programming) but is also unique in a couple of very important ways.

Whereas traditional talking therapies look to the past for answers, SFH focuses on the present, and how to move sensitively, but positively forwards, helping you to imagine your best possible success within therapy, and beyond. All of this is then consolidated and reinforced using trance (hypnosis) which happens in every session.

Initial Consultation

An informal video chat for around 60 minutes about what you want to achieve, how your brain works and why Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help you to achieve your goals. 
You will receive a complementary MP3 recording to listen to at night. This will help you to relax and improve your sleeping pattern and reinforce the work we will be doing together.
There’s no obligation to book sessions after the consultation. 

Therapy sessions

30 to 35 minutes of talking therapy, where we explore neuroscience and set goals. 

25 - 30 minutes of relaxing trance, where your brain can consolidate what we discussed and allows for the change to commence.

A minimum of 8 weekly sessions is recommended. 

Sessions can be delivered online or face- to- face.

Fees

£50 per session for under 18

£70 per session, or book a block of 8 for £480 (save £80).

10% off for emergency service workers.

Smoking/vaping cessation - £150
